About Spinney Cottage Studio

At Spinney Cottage Studio, we regularly teach workshops in the ancient techniques of Willow weaving, and a range of other natural crafts, at various locations across Lincolnshire.

Training in basketry, and being a member of the Basketmaker’s Association, has led us to the desire to share these techniques, so that you can be as creative as you like with natures sustainable and flexible materials once you have mastered the basic principles.

Come and join us for a friendly and fun day, nurturing wellbeing through nature’s heritage craft courses, and make your own natural creations!

Group bookings are also available, either at our studio, or at a suitable venue within your community. Why not book us for a birthday or hen party, or make some memories and new friends and enrol on one of our welcoming local workshops.

Workshops run from as little as 2 hours up to a full day. All tools and materials are supplied. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further details and to check course availability.

Our workshops are relaxed, friendly and suitable for all levels of abilities, with no previous experience required.

Natural crafting is a wonderful way to strengthen your nature connection, whilst learning new skills and creating beautiful items. Our friendly and relaxing workshops promote wellbeing, through inspiring flow and feelings of calm.

The venue is Eastfield Farm Plants and most run from 12pm to 3pm, costing from £35 per head including cream tea.
